

William “Bill” Fletcher: Visitation services will be at Lloyd James Funeral Home in Tyler on Sunday 1-4 pm, for those wanting to pay their respects. A Celebration of Life/Memorial will be held later once the restriction is lifted.
Bill Fletcher passed away on Wednesday, April 22, 2020, in his home in Whitehouse. Bill was born March 8th, 1948, in El Paso, Texas, to Eugene and Lulabelle Fletcher.
He joined the Navy in 1967 and served for 21 years including a deployment to Vietnam and later retiring as a Senior Chief Petty Officer. After retirement, Bill worked for the city of Tyler as an HVAC technician, later retiring in 2010. He was a hard worker, loving husband, and father who cherished his children and grandchildren. He thoroughly enjoyed teaching his grandson about tools and just giving his granddaughter a hard time.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Sonny and Robert, and sister Barbara.
Bill is survived by his loving wife, Mary K. Fletcher of Whitehouse; daughters, Charlotte Fletcher of Tyler and Jessica Rose of Whitehouse; sons Cory Fletcher and wife Pam of Longview, Aaron Rose and wife Contessa of Killeen, and William T. Fletcher of Whitehouse; grandchildren, Logan Rose of Tyler and Mckenna Rose of Whitehouse.
