Zachariah Samuel Dyer

Zachariah was our second miracle child after years of battling infertility. Although this is not the life we planned or hoped for with him, we know he is fully alive in heaven. His life will always be a testament to the goodness and faithfulness of God, and we trust in Him.

“But those who trust in the Lord will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint.”

Isaiah 40:31

Zachariah Samuel is survived by his loving parents, Shawn and Trinda Dyer; his big brother, Jeremiah Dyer; grandparents, Mona and Larry Grant, Susanne and Roy Shockey, and Kristi Dyer; and bonus grandparents, Greg and Kathy Fergueson, Renee and Lynn Deese, and Ron and Jacque Schomerus. He is also remembered by many aunts, uncles, family members, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Riley Earl McBee, Nada Tuman, Jim and Joyce Dyer, and Pat Mahoney, as well as his Uncle Derrick McBee.

A funeral service for Zachariah will be held at 10:00 AM Friday, February 20, 2026 at Rose Heights Church at 2120 Old Omen Rd, Tyler, TX 75701.

Pallbearers include Shawn Dyer, Larry Grant, and Greg Fergueson.

Zachariah’s short but impactful life will forever remain in our hearts, and his memory will be cherished by all who knew him.
