

Adrian G. Wainstein, 62, of Union City, NJ, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday October 22 2022. Born a beautiful boy to the late Enrique Wainstein and Maria Wainstein in Buenos Aires, Argentina on February 1, 1960. Adrian grew up in Union City, NJ and was a proud graduate of Union Hill High School. He then attended college and practiced as an ophthalmic dispenser for the last 35 years. Adrian loved helping his patients and all the special people that he worked with throughout his career.
Adrian was a wonderful son, brother, father, grandfather, and uncle. When his family or friends were in need, he was always there to answer the call. To Adrian, family was everything. His love for his four children and granddaughter was endless. Adrian was honored to play an active role in their lives.
Adrian thoroughly enjoyed life. Whether it was playing golf, boating, fishing, barbecuing, or simply having a good laugh, he relished every second of it. Adrian loved to be innovative in the kitchen, but he also enjoyed good restaurants. He used his life experience and wisdom to share great stories.
Adrian especially enjoyed vacationing with family and creating memories that will last forever.
Even though life could get busy, Adrian always made sure to stop and enjoy the moment. He could see the bright side of any situation and could make those around him laugh and smile. Whether it was a funny dance, making funny faces, being a comedian, or providing lively entertainment, Adrian was sure to leave a smile on your face and an indelible mark on your heart.
All who knew Adrian loved him very much and will miss him very much.
Adrian is survived by his loving mother, brother, four children, granddaughter, nephews, nieces, in-laws, and countless friends who became family along the way.
Adrian’s Life Celebration will include visitation on Thursday, October 27 2022 from 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM at Leber Funeral Home, located at 2000 Kennedy Blvd, Union City, NJ.
