Agatha Schaeffler

Agatha Schaeffler, age 94 of North Bergen, NJ and formerly of Union City, NJ, passed away on Thursday, September 7, 2023. She was born in Union City on May 1st, 1929, to Joseph and Margaret Briguglio. She worked at Jonathan Logan in North Bergen until her retirement in 2004.

Agatha’s husband, John Schaeffler, predeceased her just over eight years before her passing. Survivors include her loving children, Joseph, Edward and his wife Anne Marie, and her two grandchildren Edward Jr. and Guy Schaeffler. Agatha loved her family very much.

A visitation for Agatha will be held Monday, September 11, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Leber Funeral Home, 2000 Kennedy Blvd, Union City, NJ 07087. The funeral mass will be on Tuesday, September 12, 2023 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at St Anthony Church, 8th Street and Central Ave, Union City, NJ 07087. The committal service will follow at Fairview Cemetery, 500 Fairview Ave, Fairview, NJ 07022.
