Barbara Kohrherr

Barbara Kohrherr (nee. Werntz) 76, of North Bergen passed away on Friday 8/3/12. She was born in Dumont and lived in Jersey City before moving to North Bergen 45 years ago. Barbara was a homemaker and an active member of St. James Episcopal Church where she was a part of the Episcopal Church Woman’s Club.

She was married for 54years to her beloved husband Thomas Kohrherr. She was the devoted mother of Teri Felts, Scott Kohrherr and Tracey Pirozzi. She was the dear mother in law of Larry Felts, Kelli Kohrherr, and Ernie Pirozzi as well as the dear sister in law of Carol Rebelowski, Elaine Abel and Sally Werntz. Barbara was also the loving grandmother of Danielle Di Lorenzo, Patrick Kohrherr and step-grandmother to Lauren and Christopher Pirozzi, Stephanie Lasitter and Candice Felts as well as step-great granddaughter Clare Lasitter.

The funeral will be on Friday 8/10/12 at 10am from the Leber Funeral Home in Union City then to St. James Episcopal Church in Ridgefield for a service at 11am. The visitation will be on Wednesday from 7 to 9pm and Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. James Episcopal Church.
