I'm applying to colleges right now, Grandma. I had a really hard time coming up with an answer for a prompt asking "What's something that interests you?", and I remembered you laughing and saying you didn't understand why. You didn't get why we said, "Ha ha ha!" and made all sorts of weird noises when we were happy. I don't know why we do, either, but it made me smile- something I hope you're doing now. Thank-you for getting me into reflexes and what the body does naturally, because it set me up for a long career in a field I'm going to love. I miss you so much, and I hope you'll still get to see me succeed the way you thought I could. I love you.

Happy Mother's Day in Heaven. You are in my heart everyday but I sure miss talking to you. You were always there to listen and offer the best advice. It's days like today I am the saddest to not have those conversations. Love you!

My dear Carol RIP.  My condolences to your beautiful family and all other loved ones.  You were there when we needed someone  So God decided your work here was done and decided to take you home...Your light will always shine....I love ya!

Missing you and remembering all of the love and good times we shared. We especially missed you during OBX week this past week talking with all of the children on the deck and watching the birds with your binoculars. It was difficult taking the last of the items out of your place and turning over your keys. You left those worldly possessions a month ago and we know you are at peace with God and with your Gram, and Mom & Dad and Aunts Jackie & Evelyn. This candle is an extension of us still feeling your warmth. We love you and will strive to love each other more as you would.

Woke up today with a very heavy heart. It's been 4 weeeks since our final goodbye but you are in my thoughts every single day. I miss you so so much. The world is a much lonelier place without my best friend. I love you.
