He was born in Jersey City. George was in the army and served the country in 1957.
George was Employed in the U.S. Postal Office for many years before retiring.
He was the beloved husband of Rita , devoted Father of Steven, Frank, Eric, Christina, and the Late John. A loving grandfather of many grandchildren. Also survive by many nephews and nieces.
The funeral will be on Tuesday , 3/06/12, from the Leber Funeral Home 2000 Kennedy Blvd. Union City N.J. at 9:30 am then to Sts. Joseph & St. Michael Church where a funeral mass will be offered at 11:00 am. The interment will follow at Madonna Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday from 2 ~ 4 and 7 ~ 9 pm.
