Gertrude Joan Ross 90, of Rutherford, passed away on Friday 1/16/15. She was born in Jersey City and lived for most of her life in Union City before moving to Rutherford 3 years ago. Gertrude was a homemaker and was actively involved in the Downtown Senior Citizens Club, serving as recording secretary, as well as the North Bergen Senior Citizens club.
She was the beloved wife of the late Francis Ross and the devoted mother of Debbie McDowell. She was also the loving grandmother of Chris Voight and Nicole Bernabeo.
The funeral will be on Tuesday 1/20/15 at 12 noon at the Leber Funeral Home with the visitation from 10am to 12pm. The interment will follow at Weehawken Cemetery
