Gloria Principe (nee. Capozzi) 81, of Weehawken, passed away on Thursday 5/5/11. She was born in Union City and lived in Union City and West New York before moving to Weehawken over 50 years ago. She was a clerk for the Weehawken Municipal Court for many years before retiring.
Gloria was the beloved wife of the late Vincent Principe and the devoted mother of Jeffery Principe and Kim Kopca. She was the dear mother in law of Christine Principe and Bruce Kopca. She was also the dear sister of the late Theresa Cobb and Anita Thompson as well as the loving grandmother of Kelsey and Derek Principe.
The funeral will be on Saturday 5/7/11 at 10:30am at the Leber Funeral Home 2000 Kennedy Blvd Union City, NJ. The interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday 5/6/11 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm. In Lieu of flowers donation may be made to: The Michael J. Fox Foundation or The American Cancer Society.
