Gregory Godesky 67, of Old Bridge, passed away surrounded by his loving family on Monday 9/18/17. Greg was born in Bayonne and lived in Union City for many years while spending much of his time with his brother Rob and family in Old Bridge. Greg worked for many years for the Members Only Co. in New York and after the loss of his partner John came to work as the Office Manager of the Leber Funeral Home for the last 22 years. He became an indispensable part of the Leber team as well as serving as a resource for many of the other Dignity locations throughout New Jersey. Uncle “G” as his nephews loving called him was a big part of their lives along with the dogs Blue and Titus. He will be greatly missed by all.
Greg was the beloved bother of Robert, Kenneth and Wayne Williamson and Joseph Godesky. He was also the dear uncle of Robby and Ryan Williamson.
Greg’s life will be celebrated on Friday 9/22/17 from 3 to 5pm at a Memorial Service to be held at the Leber Funeral Home in Union City, NJ.
