Jacob A. Thomas died on May 24, 2009. He was born in Passaic and lived in Union City where he entered eternal rest at home. Jackie worked in the dietary department of Palisades Medical Center in North Bergen for over 40 years until his retirement. He was a disabled veteran of the Army and a member of the Auxilliary police of Union City.He was the beloved husband of Mae Thomas and the cherished son of Carmela Disanto. He was the devoted father of; Faith La Russo, Arthur Thomas, Lisa Ann Thomas and husband George Perez, Francine Michelle Thomas and husband Danny Vega, Mary Thomas and Lisa Colon. He ws the dear brother of Marie, Vincent and Christina. The loving grandfather of; David, Christian, John, Joshua, Louisa, Frankie, Nicolas, Brandon, Jacob, Alexis, Natasha, Chantelle, Anthony, Victoria, Corey and Deven as well as the dear great grandfather if Izayah.The funeral will be on Friday 5/29/2009 at 12 noon officiated by Rev John Wills.
