Mr. Joseph Maurin died on February 22, 2006. Mr. Mauri was born on 6/5/30 in Malta, Valletta. He lived in Astoria,Queens before moving to Union City 30 years ago. He was a maintance worker for N.Y. Transit for 23 years before retireing in 1992.
Mr. Maurin is survived by his wife Mary (Stanmore) and son, Richard and his wife Diane.He is the grandfather of Allyson, Jessica and Marissa Maurin. He is the brother of Edwige Scicluna, the late Silvio Maurin and the brother in law of Joseph Scicluna and Filominia Maurin There will be a funeral mass on Monday, 2/27/06 at 11 am at Sts. Joseph & Michael Church with the entombment to follow at Flower Hill Mausoleum. Arrangements under the direction of Leber Funeral Home in Union City, NJ.
