Rosario, Arsenio J., of Weehawken and resident of Great Meadows for the last few years, passed away on Monday, August 9, 2010. Beloved father of Ivette Blake, Nancy Layne, Oveth Nosak, Dency Montanez and Wendy Vargas. Cherished Uncle of Gredy Balducci. Arsenio was a Pattern Maker and worked in the Garment District, after retiring he made quilts, known as “Arsenio & Ivette’s Quilts”.
