Juan was predeceased by his father, Juan R. Buergo and beloved brother, Gabriel Buergo both of West New York, New Jersey.
He is survived by his mother, Ofelia Buergo of Warwick, New York, his son Michael J. Buergo and partner, Jocelyn Iveth Pavon, daughter, Lauren N. Buergo-Falkenburg and her spouse, Tyler Falkenburg, granddaughter, Brielle Grace Falkenburg, his sister, Arelis Maciel and her spouse, Frank Maciel and his two nieces, Ariana Maciel and Analiese Maciel, and his former spouse and mother to his two children, Grace DeNicola-Buergo.
Juan enjoyed spending his summers fishing at the beach or cruising on his motorcycle, and watching his favorite baseball team the "Yankees". He was an avid animal lover, jokester, beloved son, dearest dad, precious brother, sweetest grandfather, loving uncle and a trustworthy friend.
