Born in Jersey City on August 14, 1926, to the late Charles and Anna Mae Tepe, Lucille lived in Jersey City her entire life, attending PS#28 and Dickinson High School. Lucille was a sewing machine operator before marrying her late husband, Frank. Lucille was a member of St. John’s Ev. Lutheran Church, and the now closed Grace Lutheran Church. Survivors include her son, Allen and his spouse, The Rev. Glenn Boisclair.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 25 from 2-4PM and 6-8PM at the Leber Funeral Home, 2000 Kennedy Blvd, Union City, NJ. A funeral service will be offered on Thursday, July 25 at 7PM. Interment will be private.
