Born in Uruguay on May 11, 1933, she emigrated to the United States in 1961 with her husband and three young children. She was predeceased by her parents, Ramon and Rosalia Troche, and three siblings.
Nancy is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 73 years, Joseph Luis Trifun, four children, six grandchildren, four great grandchildren and five siblings.
Nancy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and the matriarch of the family. She was sweet, kind, gentle, loving and generous with everyone she met. She worked outside the home, was a homemaker and a caretaker to family, friends and anyone in need. She loved flowers, her garden, and most of all, spending time with her family. She was a member of St. Joseph’s Parish in Union City, where she enjoyed teaching CCD for many years.
She was a beautiful soul and will be sorely missed.
