Anthony Maurice Brown also known as "Tony" and "Radar", passed away on Wednesday May 15th, 2019 at the young age of 62 years in San Antonio, Texas. He was born in Baltimore, Maryland on August 17th, 1956. After high school, he enlisted in the United States Army. Tony traveled extensively across the Middle East and much of the United States before being stationed at Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio, Texas. It was here that he retired from military life with wife Lisa. He was always quoted as saying, "You always make your family where ever you go." He made many friends and adopted many families in the course of his lifetime. Tony never liked to feel his age, and invited new friends to call him by name instead of "Mr. Brown." He always told his family that two things will always bring people together: great food and great music.
Tony is predeceased by his mother Estelle and father A.Z. Randall; sisters Ernestine Mcdaniel and Michelle Brown; brother Walter Johnston. He is survived by his wife of 30+ years Lisa; daughters Antwanette(Michael) and Elizabeth(Allen); grandchildren Katrell, Maya, Myles, and Valentina; sisters Charlene Thomas and Denise Johnston; brothers Antonio Johnston, Reggie Johnston and T.C.; faithful Canine American El Don Pedro; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, family, tons of adopted children and many, many friends. Radar will truly be missed by all whom have had the pleasure of coming in contact with him. In lieu of flowers, we ask that you make a donation to either the American Diabetes Association or your local VFW in his name.
"A jack of all trades, master of none, but better than a master of one."
