Betty Jayne (Parker) Goff

Betty Jayne (Parker) Goff, age 83, passed away on July 31, 2014. She was preceded in death by her husband of 37 years CMS Richard L. Goff, (USAF, Retired), Son, Douglas J. Goff, and Grand-daughter, Jillian B. DiMambro. She is survived by sisters, Patricia Howell of Jacksonville, Fl., Paula Mistoler and husband, Leonard of Columbia, S.C.; sons, Charles R. Goff, Patrick R. Goff and daughter, Linda D. (Goff) DiMambro. She is also survived by grandchildren, Charles Jr., Jennifer, Faron, Jemery, Shana, Kyle, Tiffany and Travis. She is also survived by great grandsons, Christopher, Raylan, and Braylon. The Goff family would like to extend a special thanks to Dr. Sharon T. Wilks, Brittany Altermatt, R.N., and all the caring staff of the Cancer Care Center of South Texas. In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to Heart to Heart Hospice, 1000 Central Parkway North Suite 110, San Antonio, Texas 78232 in Betty Goff’s Name. A visitation will be will be held on Thursday, August 07, 2014 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 P.M. at Colonial Funeral Home. A Chapel Service will be held on Friday, August 08, 2014 at 1:00 PM at Colonial Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery at 2:30 PM
