My baby sister!
I truly enjoyed making her laugh! Especially when she was feeling bad, she had a great laugh! She was 59 her last birthday and I kept teasing her that she “might as well say she was 60!”
I so wish you could be here to celebrate your 60th in September! It still seems so unreal when I go to the apartment where she lived and helped care for our parents, for her not to be there! My heart breaks for the ones left behind, but, rejoicing that you’re not suffering anymore!!
Our God is sovereign and saw your suffering and healed you!

I have so many childhood memories of Candice, but some of my favorite are of playing Canasta, or sneaking out Ma-maw's back door at night, or going to Alice Keith Park. Too many years have fallen by the wayside as we grew into adulthood, and for this I am so regretful. I will always treasure the memories of my quirky, cute, and oh, so funny cousin, Candice Ann! I am reminded of that old hymn, "When We All Get Together"...what a glorious meeting that will be. When we all see Jesus we'll sing and shout the victory!!!

My husband, Roland and I met Candice and her loving family at Woodlake Baptist Church. She was a remarkable sweet kind person. Love to see her in the summer Bible study with the church family. We want to share our condolences and prayers to her loving caring family. God bless them and give them strength
