Cheryl Lynne Bollerud

Also known as,"Tootsie," by family and friends, Cheryl was born September 25, 1939. On July 1, 1967, she married her husband, Hendrik Bollerud who precedes her in death. Cheryl had a great sense of humor and was a loving woman whom others loved to be around. She was also patriotic and lived a life of service, both in and outside of her home. She served honorably in the United States Army, earning a Good Conduct Metal. She then continued to serve our nation as a U. S. Civil Service employee. Cheryl is preceded in death by her parents: John and Sybil Miliny; and her spouse: Henrick Bollerud. She is survived by her two Daughters: Tracy Wright of Schertz, TX, Natalie Downing and husband Chuck of El Paso, TX; her Stepdaughters: Christine Dixon and husband David of Oklahoma City, OK, Sylvia Landis and husband Gary of Cibolo, TX; her Stepsons Wolfe Bollerud and wife Karen of Indianapolis, IN, and William Bollerud of San Antonio, TX. She also leaves behind numerous grandchildren. Cheryl will be dearly missed by family, friends, and all those who knew her.

A committal graveside service with military honors for Cheryl will be held 10:15 A.M., Tuesday, January 4, 2022, at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, 1520 Harry Wurzbach Rd, San Antonio, TX 78209.
