David J. Longoria

David J. Longoria passed away at the age of 73. He was born on August 23, 1938 in San Antonio, Texas to Justo Reyes and Isabel Valdez Longoria. David was preceded in death by his parents; survived by his son, David Jason Longoria, his wife Mariana; grandchildren, Iris, Jason and Cassandra; brother, Frank Longoria; sisters, Betty Tijerina, her husband Eddie, Irene Bazan, Gloria Cantu, Gina Busselman, her husband Willard; and Neomi Harrell, her husband Virgil P; special friend, Patricia Levi, several Nieces, nephews, neighbors and friends; and his favorite pet Billy Bob Le Cat. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and the Daughters of the Republic, past president for the PTA, president of the Neighborhood Association and very politically involve. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 5, 2011 from 5:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. with a Rosary recited at 7:00 P.M. at Colonial Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 6, 2011 at 9:30 A.M. at St. John Neumann Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please make any donations to the Botanical Gardens.
