Dave was my younger brother so I can honestly say he was my pain in the rear and I mean that literally he once sat me on a hot stove when we were younger?? Seriously though my best memories of him were when we all lived in Germany, we took a vacation to Garmish . My husband LeRoy and Dave decided to go mountain climbing we were at the top of the highest peak!! When they got back Dave was so excited and happy he talked about that for years, I have always been happy he had such a good time!! So rest high on that mountain Dave!!

I wanted to share how Dave would stop by our house in San Antonio.  He would drive 70 miles from his apartment in Comfort to have me listen to a noise in his vehicle.  Usually, it was nothing serious, but he wanted me to be the one to let him know what the problem might be, because he trusted me.  I am going to miss those drop by visits and my brother.

My Uncle Dave will always be remembered by me as that man who selflessly took care of my Grandmother and always loved us no matter how long apart our visits were. I looked forward to listening to the stories he would tell me about our family history and about relatives I had never met. To me, he was our family’s historian. I’m saddened to know that I won’t get to hear anymore of his stories. My Uncle will be greatly missed, but I know he is happy to be along side my Grandma once again.

Dave is my brother my oldest memory of Dave was the day he was leaving to go into the army , I wasn't very old and he was at the airport getting ready to get on the plane saying his goodbyes when I decided he couldn't go without me I was hanging on to him for dear life they had to drag me back into the building I was brokenhearted he left me almost as much as I am today .so go rest high on that mountain and enjoy the rest of our family and friends that went on ahead i know they were waiting for you when you came through the gates of heaven.  We will miss you  .

Dave was my brother-in-law and he always treated me with kindness and respect.  I will miss him.  I know his Mom was waiting with a big smile on her face as he walked through the pearly
 gates of Heaven. Rest in peace Dave!

I will never forget the way I was first introduced to Dave when first dating Tyler. Most embarrassing moment of my life thanks to Dan! Dave will be deeply missed by all the lives he touched.
