Douglas Price

Douglas Price was a beloved husband, devoted father, and grandfather, accomplished scholar and a patriotic countryman. He served his country as a proud member of both the United States Army and Navy. Douglas continued his selfless service as a teacher for many years in public school.

Douglas Price is survived by his loving wife of over 43 years, Sandra Price, and their children, son Douglas Scot Price and his wife Mayumi of Brenham, Texas, daughter Laurie McMurray and her husband Dannie and their daughters Caitlyn and Courtney of Buda, Texas, daughter Jennifer Lopez and her husband Jason and their children, Zachary, Alexander, and Olivia of San Antonio, Texas. Douglas is also survived by his brother, Alan Price of Denver, Colorado.

The family of Douglas Price will receive relatives and friends for visitation on Saturday, May 16, 2015 at 4:00pm at Colonial Funeral Home, 625 Kitty Hawk Road, Universal City, Texas. A memorial service to honor his memory will be held on Sunday, May 17, 2015 at 3:00pm Bethany Primitive Baptist Church, 14203 Babcock Road, San Antonio, Texas
