Ethel M. “Peggy” Pye age 94 passed away August 12, 2012 in San Antonio. She was born January 15, 1918 in Sheridan County, Nebraska to John C. and Pearl P. (Sears) Fraser. She was a Registered Nurse and served with the American Red Cross. She is preceded in death by her husband, Col. William S. Pye, U.S. Army, Ret. Survivors include her cousins, Margaret DeWolf Clepper and Nyla Clepper Gordon, D.D.S. and Bridgette Mouser. Graveside services and interment will be Friday, August 17, 2012 at 9:45 A.M. at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery. A Memorial Service will follow at 11:00 A.M. at The Army Residence Community Chapel, 7400 Crestway Drive, San Antonio, TX 78239.
