Eunice was an International Officer in Parents Without Partners, traveling and speaking to men and women about the challenges of single parenting. She worked and retired from University Of Missouri after 20 years as a secretary and administrative assistant for one of the Deans of Agriculture.
Once retired she moved to San Antonio, Texas and became an active member of Rolling Oaks Christian Church, where she acknowledged her Ministry call and became a Licensed Minister. One of her passions was working with the Emmaus Walk, and serving as Clergy, presenting one of the talks on Grace. It was at the last Emmaus walk she became ill and never really recovered. Shortly after she was diagnosed with dementia.
She never lost faith, Communion was very important to her because it helped her remember the precious gift of salvation. She loved God and she loved people and will be greatly missed.
