Born in Florida on February 25, 1931, formerly of San Antonio Texas, he was a proud Air Force Veteran who retired from the Air Force in 1970.
He was preceded in death by his brothers Patrick, Michael and sister Mary Ann, his wives Myrtle (Griswold) and Violet (Hastings), daughter Patricia Ann Clark.
He is survived by his son Michael and his wife Sheri (Gorcenski) and granddaughter Amanda Boland of Dupont, Pennsylvania.
A committal service with military honors for Francis will be held Thursday, November 14, 2024 from 2:30 PM to 2:50 PM at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, 1520 Harry Wurzbach Rd, San Antonio, TX 78209.
