He was preceded in death by his wife Florinda & his parents Felix & Margaret Fraga. He is Survived by his daughter, Stephanie & son, Fredric; two sisters, & other loving family members & friends.
They would like to thank the staff at Methodist Hospitals, Silver Tree Nursing/Rehab & Dr. Mark Rodriguez for the wonderful support of Mr. Fred. He honorably and proudly served in the US Air Force for 30 years & at the post office for 20 years. A life fulfilled with us but now starting anew.
Visitation to be held Thursday, August 22, 2024 from 5 to 6:30pm with Rosary at 6:30pm at Colonial Funeral Home. Funeral mass to be held at St Monica's in Converse, TX on Friday, Aug 23 at 11:30am. Interment to follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
