Gerard Anthony (Jerry) Dover, went to be with our Lord on the 30th of October. He was born July 20, 1955 in San Antonio, Texas and graduated from Highlands High School. He married his true love, Bobbie Hunt, in 1975, and they recently celebrated 37 wonderful years of marriage. Born of that blessed union were Cheryl Lynne and Darrell Anthony Dover. He was a longtime employee at USAA and will be missed by all. He is survived by his wife, Bobbie Dover; his son, and daughter-in-law Darrell and Heather Dover; his daughter and son-in-law, Cheryl and Mark Zinsmeister; his six beautiful grandchildren, Tyler, Raegan, Gabby, Annie, Audry and Amanda & Boys; as well as numerous brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews, in laws and outlaws.
Visitation will be held Friday, November 2nd from 5pm-9pm
The funeral will take place at the Colonial Funeral Home, Saturday, November 3rd starting at 10:30am, with reception to follow.
