

Glen attended school for a brief period of time. He then went to work for his dad until the age of 18. He later went to serve in the Army. He stayed in the Army for 3 years and took his leave from the Army. He became the Head Mechanic for Sunbeam Bread Company. After indulging in that for 10 years, he open his own mechanic shop. Glen’s shop was located off of Pat Booker Road in Live Oak, Texas. His shop was full service including body work, tow services, and 18 wheeler services. The shop remained a vital part of his life until the year 1982. Then he worked for Guadalupe County Road and Bridge for 10 years. During his spare time, he did ranching. Glen owned properties in various locations. He was a hardworking man determined to continue his family success. Glen was always ready to lend a helping hand to whomever was in need.
He is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Freddy Lizana. He is survived by his siblings, Cecilia Gembler, John Henry Lizana (Doris), Mary Ann Sewell, William Ray Lizana (Marjorie); two children, Glen Roy Lizana Jr. and Helen Lizana; and his grandchildren, Kenny, Ladonna, and Harold. He also leaves numerous great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
