Irma Saavedra of Universal City passed away on November 13, 2010 at the age of 65. She was born December 19, 1944 to Fortino and Rosa Garza in Robstown Texas. She is preceded in death by her husband, Cleto Saavedra. She is survived by daughter, Yolanda Vercellino (husband Thomas); sons, Martin Saavedra (wife Jennifer) and Ruben Saavedra (wife Goya); daughters, Gloria Walls (husband Dale) and Maria Navarez (husband David); and 16 grandchildren. A visitation will be held Friday November 19 at 8:00a.m. with a service at 1:00p.m. at Colonial Funeral Home. An interment will follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
