Janova Denise Hogan Perry

Janova Denise Perry, age 56, of Converse, TX passed away on June 21, 2012. Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 1, 2012, from 5:00 – 8:00 pm. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, July 2, 2012, at 10:00 am at the Chapel of Colonial Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery at 11:30 am, located at 1520 Harry Wurzbach Road in San Antonio, TX 78209. Janova was born on January 2, 1956, in Pittsburgh, PA to Alleen and Herbert Hogan (deceased). Janova will always be remembered as loving her family unconditionally. She enjoyed all kinds of music and going to concerts. Fun and laughter were her signature characteristics. Survivors include her husband of 34 years, Harry R. Perry; her children, Toya Ann Frederick, San Antonio, TX, Troy Michael Perry, San Antonio, TX, and Tammy Alisa Perry of San Antonio, TX; son-in-law, Jarvis Frederick; daughter-in-law, Christina Perry; grandchildren, Sara, Makayla, Niyah, Aaliyah, and Trae; sisters, Barbara Johnson, Greenburg, PA, Tammy Hinton, Pittsburgh, PA; brothers, Guy Hogan, Pittsburgh, PA, Lloyd Hogan, San Diego, CA, Anthony Hogan, Pittsburgh, PA, and Thomas Hogan, State College, PA; sisters-n-law include Sharon Hogan, State College, PA, Jennifer Hogan, San Diego, CA; and brother-in-law, Cephus Johnson, Greensburg, PA.
