I have had the pleasure of working with Jay for the past 11 years. We weren't just co-workers, but became good friends. He was funny, smart, and intelligent. Very easy to talk to about anything. He  became my little brother and I can go to him about advice on a particular topic and he was always there to share his thoughts. I was very sad to hear of his passing. He may be gone, but will never be forgotten. Rest in Heaven my brother!

I don't know where to begin, when I first found out I was pregnant with you I was so afraid to tell Mom at the age of 17. It took me four months to tell her because I knew I was going to disappoint her. 
After telling my Mom, she was upset but she got over that and we welcomed you into this world! After 16 hours of labor your beautiful cry and face was all I needed to know how much you were loved! 
Jermaine you were such a beautiful baby and child. Always very respectful up until the day you passed 💛 You will forever be my baby no matter what age! 
I remember always how you never gave up about any subject or subjects you felt was not right lol, you and your Sister and I would debate over everything and anything lol! 
You have always respected me and your Daddy no matter how you felt! 
Son we love you and always will no matter what! 
I want you to know it's ok down here, your family will be ok so please Rest In Peace my Son! 
You are loved by so many, what a blessing! You're looking down and smiling at all of us, saying please know "I'm ok and at Peace"

Cousin (Maine), I remember picking you up from the airport that day. I was so excited to see and hug you because I haven’t seen you in years. I’ll never forget our childhood memories and all of us (your 1st cousins) hugging on you, laughing and reminiscing on the good ole days. What brings me some peace in my heart is that you was welcomed with opened arms by your loved ones on the other side. And to be absent in the body is to be present with the lord.

Wow, Where and how should I start, for my ❤ is very heavy. I know my nephew is a great man because he was always a well mannered little boy, He has gone too soon that words really can't say too much about him, but he's now in Heaven with his Mammaw and now we have 2 more special Angels watching us here on earth. He's gonna be missed so... much especially by his Mom and Dad but we gonna lift our head up high, from which our health comes and pray for strength and courage  throughout our times we have left here on earth. Lord knows my heart is heavy.  I do know that there is no hurt on earth that Heaven can't heal.  As a little boy Jermaine  was very meek and humble.  Very quiet and a little shy.  He will always hold a special place in my heart.  As an adult, we didn't talk very often but he was always in my prayers. I will definitely continue to be prayerful for his wife and daughters.  I'll always love you nephew.

Don't grieve for me, for now I'm free. I'm following the path God has laid you see. I took his hand when I heard his call. I turned my back and left it all. I could not stay another day to laugh, to love, to work or play. Tasks left undone must stay that way. I found peace at close of day. If my parting has left a void then fill it with remembered joys.
