Jimmie Doyle Cross, Jr. went to be with the Lord on June 18, 2014. He was born in Lubbock, Texas on June 11, 1963. He graduated from Judson High School and worked for a long period at Rush Peterbilt & Janoe Kenworth before his illness.
The funeral service will be held at 10:00AM on Monday, June 23, 2014 at Colonial Funeral Home in Universal City. Chaplain Douglas Nurse will be officiating. Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 8:00 PM on Sunday, June 22, 2014. Burial will follow the funeral at Holy Cross Cemetery.
Jimmie loved fishing, watching sports and being with friends and family. Jimmie is survived by his two children, Chelsea and Destiny Cross; his father Jimmie Cross, Sr. and mother Betty Cross; his 3 sisters, Rhonda Pfannenstiel, Melinde Henderson and Patti Gunter; his cousins, nieces and nephews; and the rest of his family and wonderful friends.
