His interests varied throughout the years, but whatever the current hobby was, he gave it his all. Some of his passions included photography, woodworking, music, cars, guns, coffee, and women, not necessarily in that order. His greatest loves however were his family, especially his grandchildren, friends, and his Yorkies (Buddy&Precious). Johnny is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Melissa and Shon Jones of San Angelo; grandchildren, Taryn Jones and Shon Jones, Jr of San Angelo; brother and sister-in-law, Daniel and Angela Gonzales of Houston along with numerous nephews, nieces and cousins. A graveside memorial will take place Monday, October 23 at 11:15 a.m. at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
