CMSgt. Joseph A. “John” Cuvo U.S. Air Force Retired passed away on Monday May 30, 2011 at the age of 73. He was born on Jue 13, 1937 in Easton, Pennsylvania to Benedict and Antoinette (Calafiore) Cuvo. He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Michael Marafioti; and sister, Evelyn Worthington. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Rosalie Cuvo; daughters, Michelle Chesser (husband Bryant), Toni Cuvo; daughters-in-law, Katherine Quicksall, Yolanda Sosa; sons, Max Ketcham (wife Diane), James Cuvo; 8 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; sisters, Marie Bearse, and Pauline Raffaele. A visitation will be held on Tuesday June 7 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Colonial Funeral Home. A service will be held on June 8 at 10:30 AM at Colonial Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery with full military honors.
