Rip Tim,often think about you.With your beloved wife Sharal,and your parents now.

Just learned about Tim's passing -- my sincere condolences to all his family and friends.   I was initially shocked and saddened, but peace set in when I realized he and his wife Sharyl are together again.  May they rest in peace.  (Sharyl and I worked at UTHSCSA for many years and remained good friends until her passing.)

I can’t believe you left us so soon. You’ve been  one of my best friends for 40 years, someone I could always count on. Now I can only imagine the good times that you, Craig, and Gary are having. Vaya con Dios, my old friend.

November 6th. 2017.  Tim rode to my house the day after the Sutherland Springs shooting.  He said, "We need to ride over there to show our Blue Knights support".  TXIV gave us a check to present to victims and their families.

This was a special time when you came out to my ring ceremony as I graduated from Texas A&M University.

We were so sorry to hear that you'd passed Tim. Stuart and I met you at your cousin Susie's wedding and became firm friends and even though it was only on facebook that we kept in touch, we had a lot of banter and laughs and of course  a few tears. You'll be with your Sharyl now and your beloved dogs having a few beers no doubt. Cheers Tim, may you R.I.P  Sending our love, Kath, Stuart and Willow from West Yorkshire.  England

The 9/11 Memorial Climb was so important to Dad. He would train for months before it, so he'd be ready.

Sorry to see you leave so soon Tim. You brightened  many days and put many smiles on faces. Tim at San Marcos PD around 1981. Always ready for action!

When I first met Tim he was a jerk! He always thought of himself first and cared of nothing else.  

But I was able to see the transformation of one of the most beautiful souls I ever encountered. He cared about everyone first without thinking anything of himself and was one of the greatest, most docile, sweet and imaginative men God placed on this Earth. 

Your grace that you portrayed to others was one of the impactful moments of my life...and I am truly a better person for have meeting you.  

He taught me a lot about who I want and should be. Thank you Tim. I promise you will be missed every day. 

Second time I had met with Tim and the first time I met Rick Tim's brother and Craig Smith in Sturgis SD.

Tim and Craig Smith are both gone now 1 year and 2 weeks apart. Ride hard,fast and free brothers. I know you will be watching over us.

This is a shot of me, Tim, and Howard Hancock while having lunch somewhere in San Antonio a few years ago.  The three of use use to work together in San Marcos back in the day. Afterward, Tim and I joined TABC but were assigned different districts and never got to work together after that.  Take care, old friend. Rest easy.

Old Navy friends. We were 19 and 20 years old when we were stationed together. 50+years later we were still friends. Oh the memories we share. Tim our brother RIP, we will never forget you. Eddie Goldsmith RMCS retired.

Sincere condolences ... Tim was a dedicated old style law man retired from TABC that I met when I joined the Blue Knights TX IV Chapter San Antonio ... he could ride his Harley's like no other that I've ridden with before ... he will be missed and certainly appreciated his friendship ... till we meet again brother. Worked a lot of nights while Tim was assigned to work with the SAPD Vice Unit. Great trusted reliable partner. I remember we did a bar check one night near Rector and McCullough. We saw this office in a strip center and got the photo since we had both turned 50 so we could be members. Probably early 2002, good times always with him. 

Tim and I ran funeral escorts together for several years. Sure we had our differences and didn’t always agree with the route that he thought we should take. But at the end of the day we patched our differences up and moved on. He was a very Intelligent and easy to talk to person. I always considered him to be a very strong person, which is the reason I was in shock when I heard that he had passed. He will be truly missed by all his family and friends. RIP my friend.
