

In her early life, Juanita attended Roosevelt High School. Following into her adult life, Juanita lived a life following her passions. She loved to knit blankets, sing and dance, and be around her family in love and laughter. She also deeply enjoyed going to the beach for a nice walk to collect sea shells, and spending time on her phone.
Juanita leaves behind to cherish her memory, her daughters and son: Destiny Finney, Deanna Finney, Salena De Hoyos, & Arnold de Hoyos Jr.; Mother: Margarita Corona; Sisters: Anita Corona-Palacio & Terry Corona Whigham; Brother: Juan Corona Jr.; along with her nephew, nine nieces, and four grandchildren.
Juanita is preceded in death by her father, Juan Corona.
Juanita will be deeply missed, but never forgotten. Her light will shine on in all of our hearts and the joy of her presence will be felt for the rest of our lives.
Her family would like to extend a special thanks to all their friends and relatives for the love and support they have been shown in their time of need.
A Visitation will be held on July 29th, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Colonial Funeral Home, 625 Kitty Hawk Road, Universal City, TX 78148. The Rosary will be held during the Visitation on July 29th, from 6:30 to 7:00pm at Colonial Funeral Home.
