Colonel Bennett is survived by her nephew Louis P Elliott of Corsicana, Texas. She was preceded in death by her husband George H. Bennett.
Graveside services will be held January 5, 2011, 9:30 am, at Ft Sam Houston National Cemetery with full military honors. A memorial service will be held January 5, 2011, 11:00 am at the Army Residence Community Chapel.
