

Sgt. Lawrence Curtis Dameron, (U.S. Air Force, Retired) died at the age of 52 years. Lawrence was born on August 26, 1961 to Calvin Dameron & Sylvia Harris in Steubenville, Ohio. Lawrence is preceded in death by his parents; Sister, Sylvia Gale Dameron and Brother, Calvin Dameron Jr.; he is survived by his Sisters, Carla Jean Dameron, Brother, Robert G. Dameron, Sister, Brenda Sylve & her ( husband, John). Brother, Allen K. Dameron and his (wife Holly), Special Niece Tangela Davis and Special Nephew, Kirk Murray, and other nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews and other relatives. Lawrence was involved in many Organizations and achieved special achievements in his life involving the following, Ohio AIDS Coalition, NAACP member, President of Alamo Council of the Blind, Vice-President of Blind Veterans Association, Sensitivity Trainer for VIA San Antonio, member of Alamo Postal Lions Club, and American Legion in Ohio. A visitation will be held Tuesday, November 26, 2013, from 11:00 AM – 12:00 Noon, with services beginning at 12:00 Noon at Colonial Funeral Home. Interment will follow to Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery at 2:00 PM with Military Honors. Any Memorial Contribution on behalf of Sgt.
