Lucille Hollingsworth Sheffield, age 88 of Schertz passed away February 17, 2011. She was born May 14, 1922 in Converse, Texas to Orin and Ida (Schulz) Bolton. She is preceded in death by her parents; 1st husband, Marvin Hollingsworth; brothers, Roman Bolton and Ralph Bolton; and husband, Hugh Sheffield. Survivors include her son, Rodney Hollingsworth; daughter, Janice Lindorfer and husband Robert; grandchildren, Sue Hollingsworth and husband Bill, Charles Lindorfer and wife Nikki, and Tracey Boswell; great grandchildren, Samantha, Matthew, Luke, Tyler, Cody, Amber, and Crystal; sister, Laura Pfeil; numerous nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held Sunday, February 27, 2011 from 5:00 until 7:00 P.M. at Colonial Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held Monday, February 28, 2011 at 10:00 A.M. at Beitel Memorial Lutheran Church, 2515 Austin Highway, San Antonio, Tx 78218. Interment will follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
