Maria Carmen Molina of San Antonio passed away on November 2, 2016 at the age of 97. She was born on October 7, 1919 in Sugarland, Texas to Wencelado and Lorenza (Ayala) Govea. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband Pedro Molina, Sr.; son Pedro Molina, Jr.; and grandson Juan Sosa, Jr. She is survived by her daughter Rebecca Sosa (husband Juan), granddaughters Sylvia and Sara Sosa; great grandsons Anthony Aguon-Sosa, Luke J. Hernandez; sisters Maria C. Govea, Maria Aguillon; brother David Govea and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Thursday, November 10, 2016 from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. at Colonial Funeral Home. The procession will leave the funeral home on Friday, November 11, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. for a 10:30 funeral mass at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Selma, Texas. Interment will follow in Selma Cemetery #1.
