Myrtle Ann Wilson passed away at the age of 92 on August 14, 2018 at home in Universal City. Myrtle Ann was born to William and Mildred (Swanheart) Condon in Wilmerding, PA. on March 19, 1926. She was raised in Pittsburg, PA and graduated from George Westinghouse High School in 1945. She began her Civil Service career which took her to Tokyo, Japan; Washington, DC; Randolph AFB and England where two her of her children were born. She retired in 1989 to Universal City and joined the congregation of Good Shepherd Catholic Church. She provided love and support in their hospice and bereavement group. Myrtle Ann is survived by her children Michael, David, Stephen and Theresa; grandchildren Andrew, Jeffery, Stephanie, Janine, Ashley and Aaron; great granddaughter Adrianna; sister in law Margaret Condon and many nieces and nephews who gathered in her home at her passing. She is preceded in death by her youngest son Gary. Her family and friends will remember the good times of road trips across the US and Canada with her. Visitation will be Sunday, August 19, 2018 from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. with a Rosary being recited at 7:00 p.m. at Colonial Funeral Home. The Funeral Mass will be Monday, August 20, 2018 at Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Schertz. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park where she will be laid to rest with her son Gary.
