MSgt. Norbin Wayne Palmer (USAF Retired)

MSgt Norbin Wayne Palmer (USAF Retired) of Live Oak, Texas passed away on September 10, 2018 at the age of 90. He was born on November 4, 1927 in Anson, Texas to N.C. and Addie (Smith) Palmer. He is preceded in death by his parents, Addie Mae Smith Palmer and Norbin Clyde Palmer of Merkel, TX, his wife, Cloe, his older sister, Jacquetta "Jacque" Fick of Eastland, TX, and younger brother SMSgt R.G. Palmer (USAF Retired) of Gainesville, FL. He is survived by his sons Larry Palmer of Live Oak, TX; and Terry Palmer of Pflugerville, TX; Grandchildren Kerry Palmer of Hutto, TX; Katherine Palmer of Houston TX; and Chris Palmer of Pflugerville, TX; and Great Grandson Jett Palmer of Pflugerville, TX; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation will be Monday, September 24, 2018 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Colonial Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Colonial Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
