Paul Roger Downard passed away on January 22, 2013 at the age of 91. He was born on August 11, 1921 in Canton, IL to William and Edith Sprinkle Downard. He was preceded in death by his parents; survived by his daughter, Donna Berwald; and son, Micheal Downard. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 30, 2013 from 10:00 A.M.-11:00 A.M. with the funeral service beginning at 11:00 A.M. at the Wilton Morturary in Peoria, IL. Interment will follow at Swan Lake Memory Gardens in Peoria, IL.
