Paul E. Kenney was born on October 1, 1919 in Boston, Massachusetts to Thomas Kenney and Cornelia Ellsworth Kenney. He was one of 7 brothers and sisters.
Mr. Kenney is survived by his beloved wife, Pranee. Six children: Paul Jr., Robert, Keskanok, Jenny, Julia , Johnson. Three granddaughters: Andrea, Erin, and Midori and one great grandson Austin.
Col Kenney proudly fought in WWII where he was a prisoner of War. He earned several medals including the Bronze Star and 2 Legion of Merit medals.
In 1975 he retired from the military at Clark Airbase Philippines. Afterwards he was manager for the Tax office for Bexar County. In April of 1988, he was appointed the Hidalgo de San Antonio.
Services will be held at Colonial Funeral Home on Tuesday, February 20th, 2018 at 11:00 a.m.and burial will be at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
