Staff Sergeant Ronald J. Sejd U.S. Air Force, Veteran passed away on April 24, 2012 at the age of 62. He was born on November 11, 1949 in Cleveland, OH. He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Sejd and his mother, Eleanor Tucek Sejd. He is survived by his daughter Jennifer Sejd, daughter Pamela Lawson, granddaughter Erin, grandson Joey, son Jason Sejd, daughter in law Zanie, grandson Riley, brother Greg, sister in law Bonnie, niece Stephanie, and nephew Brian. He was a Staff Sgt. in the Air Force during the Vietnam War Era and later became an Environmental Engineer. In his spare time, Ron worked as a volunteer for the San Antonio Police Department in their Pawn Shop, Fleet Management, the Public Safety Team, and worked day and night to make sure as many kids as possible got something for Christmas from the Blue Santa program. He was always willing to help in his Church functions as well. He will be greatly missed. Thank you all for your support and prayers. A memorial service will be held Friday, May 11, 2012 at 1:00 P.M. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 13201 Forum Road Universal City, TX 78148. Innichment with military honors to follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery at 2:30 P.M.
