Mrs. Cook was preceded in death by her parents Faye and Margaret Chandler, husband Edward Melvin Cook and her eight siblings. She retired from Westminster Canterbury as a Dietary Supervisor. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend.
Survivors include two daughters, Karen Lee Stalnaker and husband Bernie and Lisa Marie Perkins and husband Michael Chad; her grandchildren, Rebecca, Sierra, Ray and Lonnie; and great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 6, from 5 to 7:00 p.m. at Rosewood-Kellum Funeral Home.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, July 7, 2022, 2:00 p.m. at Rosewood-Kellum Funeral Home. Entombment will follow at Rosewood Memorial Park.
