Barbara S. "Bunny" Mallard passed away on Saturday, April 22, 2023 at her residence. She was the daughter of Leighton Sloan Summerville and Ruth White Summerville of Albany, Georgia. She married her high school sweetheart after graduation from high school and was a service wife for the next 20 years. She was also employed as a dental hygienist, bookkeeper, and also served as a volunteer for Navy-Marine Corps Relief.
She is survived by her husband, Lt. Col. Robert A. Mallard, USMC, Ret'd.
Private graveside services will be held at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
