Virginia Beach – Barbara Theresa Niles, 80, passed away February 27, 2011. She was born in Boston, MA on July 2, 1930 to the late John “Jack” and Katheran “Abby” Balboni. Mrs. Niles owned and operated the Barbara Niles Salon and Beauty Spa. She was a true patriot and devoted Navy wife. Mrs. Niles was a loving and wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
She is preceded in death by her son, Ronald B. Niles.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 55 years, Jackson F. Niles; daughters, Carol Ann Hazelwood Kulikowski and husband Jack and Debbie Hazelwood Woolford; grandchildren, Mark J. Marcus and wife Ann, Brett Niles, Tara Niles Voightlander and husband Joe, and Taylor Woolford; and great-granddaughter, Carly Marcus.
