Carolyn Milner, 84, passed away in Chesapeake on Friday. She was born in Virginia Beach, VA to the late Garland and Edith Barlow. She is also predeceased by her brother, Garland Barlow, Jr. (Betty Jean) and William “Bill” Barlow (Velma). Carolyn worked hard to take care of her family, she retired as a legal secretary with various law firms for over 30 years of service. In her spare time she loved reading, completing crossword puzzles, and traveling in the mountains. Carolyn is cherished in memory by her son, Harry Milner; daughter, Karen Mosley; grandchildren, Matthew Milner and John Mosley; great granddaughter, Ava Mosley; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other significant family members and friends.
